General terms and conditions
Assissa Consultancy Europe's Terms and Conditions were established on October 31, 2025.
THE TRAINING
The course materials required for the course are provided partly by Assissa Consultancy Europe and partly by the participants themselves. This is indicated in the course information. The course's purpose and intended outcome are clearly described in the course information. The course fees are listed on the website for each course.
PAYMENT
After the course has taken place, the client will receive an invoice. The payment term is 30 days. If payment is not received, Assissa Consultancy Europe is entitled, after two subsequent requests, to transfer the claim to a debt collection agency. The client will be responsible for the collection costs.
CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
After the client has placed the order with Assissa, the following conditions apply.
- In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start date of the training/course: no costs
- In case of cancellation between 6 and 3 weeks before the start date of the training/course: 50% of the training/course costs
- In case of cancellation within 3 weeks before the start date of the training/course:
- 100% of the training/course costs, if no alternative dates are determined
- 60% for training provided on location
- 50% of the training/course costs, if alternative dates are also determined
The reason for cancellation does not play a role in the cancellation policy.
In all cases the following also applies:
- Any expenses already incurred and not refundable (e.g. hotel reservations and transport tickets) will be charged to the client in all cases.
- Assissa will deliver the agreed-upon course or training in accordance with the agreements made. If the client cancels participation after planning or preparations have taken place, all costs incurred and time reserved remain fully payable.
- An individual participant can be replaced at any time by another employee of the same company without additional costs.
CANCELLATION FROM ASSISSA CONSULTANCY EUROPE
- Assissa reserves the right to cancel the training in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
- In the event of illness of the trainer/instructor, Assissa will initially seek a replacement. If this is not possible, the course may be canceled. This will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.
The following applies to open enrollment courses:
- Open enrollment classroom training/courses may be canceled if there are insufficient participants.
- The minimum number of participants for an open enrollment course to proceed is 4
- If the training is cancelled, Assissa Consultancy Europe will inform the client as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days before the start.
