Basic Addiction Prevention Course E-learning
Our e-learning helps employees get started prepared and competently from day one. This training is mandatory for all employees working in the gambling industry, ensuring they have the necessary basic knowledge and skills.
This supplementary Addiction Prevention course is for employees with direct guest contact. It may be started after employment, but must be completed before actual contact with guests occurs.

Addiction prevention refresher course
After three years, the certification of employees who complete the basic and supplementary Addiction Prevention courses expires. To prevent certifications from expiring and to ensure your team remains competent and certified, we offer the Addiction Prevention refresher course.
To participate in the refresher course, the employee must take the basic course again so that knowledge and skills are fully up-to-date.
